PURPOSE: A method and a device for opening and closing windows or doors are provided to save energy by a perfect isolation effect between inner and outer parts and to secure soundproof and moisture proof effects. CONSTITUTION: A method for opening and closing windows or doors(2) is composed of a device for closing between the doors and between the door and a door frame by a magnetic body, an elastic material(11), magnetic force, and tension of a spring and a device for opening and shutting the doors by a switch, the magnetic force, electromagnetic force, and electromotive force. A motor(4) and the switch settled with the spring and a screw are mounted to the door frame. A roller, the elastic material, and a nut are installed to the door. The door is closed by tension of the spring and the roller. The door is opened and shut by movement of the nut according to forward/reverse rotation of a motor screw by operating a sensor switch.
