PURPOSE: Provided is a massage unit which has M type delivery guide for massaging rods so that massaging power is not concentrated to one spot and is equipped with springs in the interior of massing rods, easing pain to spine during treatment. Massaging rod for the part of neck is ejected from the top of mat so that second cervical vertebra is massaged and is covered when not in use. The bed case massage unit is replaced with wood boards making repair job easy. CONSTITUTION: The massaging unit comprises: a bed with a control part(80) at one side; a frame(4) in a rectangular form at the bottom of the bed; a support plate(2) in the middle of the frame(4) with a space of installation at a bottom middle part; several pieces of stone or wood plates(5,5',6) located on the top of the support plate(2); massage units(12) at a bottom middle part of the support plate(2) for massaging; rod moving holes which houses massaging rods(12) and moves reciprocally; protruded massaging rods at the surface of the massaging rods(12) protruded higher than stone plates(5,6); cover which is located outside at bottom of the protruding massaging rod; insertion grooves of a certain form at one side of the stone plates(5,6); and massaging stone(41) which is inserted into the insertion groove.
