PURPOSE: To produce more uniform and highly concentrated metal ion within a short time by an apparatus for manufacturing metal colloidal solution having a frequency converter. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises a power supplier where three-phase current (R,S,T) is supplied, a rectifying device consisting of a transformer (T1), silicon controlled rectifiers (S1,S2,S3), diodes (D1,D2,D3) and a control PCB, an ionization part, and a frequency converter such as a gate turn off thyristor (GTO) converting direct current into alternating current and supplying the alternating current to the ionization part .
