PURPOSE: A multi/broad band antenna is provided to permit the antenna to have a band width which is wider both in a low frequency band and a high frequency band. CONSTITUTION: A multi/broad band antenna comprises an inner pipe antenna element(21) for generating resonance at a first frequency; a helical antenna element(23) covering an outer periphery of the inner pipe antenna element; and an outer pipe antenna element(22) covering an outer periphery of the inner pipe antenna element, wherein the outer pipe antenna element is connected to the helical antenna element. The outer pipe antenna element generates resonance at a second frequency. The outer pipe antenna element and the helical antenna element of which electrical lengths are combined with each other, generate resonance at a third frequency.
