PURPOSE: A Bluetooth headset and a method for notifying of an incoming call are provided to notify a user of an incoming call even when the user does not wear a headset. CONSTITUTION: A main body(BD) includes a power switch(31) and a speaker(SPK). A boom(BM) connected to the BD in a foldable manner includes a microphone(MIC). A boom switch(32) is switched on/off according to a folded state of the BM with respect to the BD. A controller(33) installed in the BD senses the folded state of the BM according to the ON/OFF state of the boom switch(32) when the power switch(31) is in an ON state, sets an incoming call notification mode as a melody mode if the BM is in an unfolded state, sets the incoming call notification mode as a vibration mode if the BM is in a folded state, and controls notifying of an incoming call in a pre-set incoming call notification mode when a call is received. A vibration motor(36) installed in the BD is vibrated under the control of the controller(33).
