The case has a breakable cover (11) provided on a lateral wall (14) of the case. A sheath that protects electrical cables is introduced into an insulating barrier when the cover is broken. The cables connect electrical equipment installed in the case with an inlet (17) of the case to embed the electrical equipment in the barrier. A band serrated at the ends fixes the sheath to the case.
