PURPOSE: A portable electronic device equipped with a swivel hinge assembly is provided to facilitate key input operation by tilting a keyboard with a tilting stand relatively raising a rear end of a main body, and efficiently use an inner space of the main body and a display part by forming a pen receiver to the tilting stand. CONSTITUTION: The main body(10) is equipped with at least one input device at an upper side. The display part(30) is combined/installed to the main body and displays input contents. The swivel hinge assembly(50) rotates the display part to a front/rear/left/right direction by combining the main body and the display part. The tilting stand(40) adjusts a rear height of the main body by installing to the rear end of the main body.
