A compound of formula I, preferably of formula III, a pharmaceutical composition comprising said compound and the use of the composition in the preparation of a medicament for combined or separate use with a cholesterol biosynthesis inhibitor for treating or preventing atherosclerosis or reducing the cholesterol levels in a mammal.
