Disclosed are compounds of formula (I), wherein: X is selected from CH, C(C1-6alkyl) and N, m is 0 or 1, L1 is C1-6alkyl, Y1 is selected from C(O) and C(S), Y2 is selected from CH2, C(O), C(S) and SO2, R1 and R2 are independently selected from H or optionally substituted alkyl, aryl, aralkyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkyl-alkyl, heteroaryl, heteroaryl-alkyl, heterocycloalkyl and heterocycloalkyl-alkyl, and the remaining substituents are defined herein. The compounds are used for the manufacture of medicaments for the treatment of nervous system disorders.
