PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively remove soil and mud attached to a shoe with water and to effectively dry after that. SOLUTION: This device is inclined from the front part of a box body 4 toward a rear lower part, a permeable receiving plate for putting a foot thereon with the shoe on is provided in the upper part of a bottom wall 5 whose rear end continues to a drain gutter 8 provided in front of a rear wall 10 erecting from the rear end of the box body 4, and a drying mount 2 having deflecting plates 11, 12 and 13, which prevent reflection of pressure air blowing from the upper part toward the shoe, in appropriate parts in the inner side is disposed on the side of a rinsing mount 3 formed by providing the footrest board for putting the foot thereon with the shoe on in a water storage box.
