PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly rotate a decoration body for a long period of time. SOLUTION: An accessory is provided with the decoration body 1 to be rotated by the action of swinging. The decoration body 1 is rotatably supported by a spindle 2 through a radial bearing 3 and the weight distribution to the axis of the spindle 2 is displaced. The spindle 2 is supported by a case 4 housing the decoration body 1, the radial bearing 3 and the spindle 2 and surrounding the rotation area of the decoration body 1.
