PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanger rack that can be positioned within a 180-degree range and is convenient to operate. SOLUTION: The hanger rack has positioning seats having side plates, and provided with meshing sections in their inside edges, a rotating member rotatably provided between the side plates by a bolt and provided with outer walls having notches at the peripheries and positioning plates on both sides of the notch, provided with plane portions in the outer walls in the facing sides of the notches, provided with mounting plates inside, and having spring members fitted between the mounting plate and the plane portions, and support rods provided with mounting rods having slots each at one end, provided with circular arc portions and tooth portions on both sides, and where the mounting rods are inserted between the positioning plates in the rotating member, the bolt is passed through the slots, and the ends of the mounting rods contact the spring members.
