The cable consists of at least six metal conductor wires, either of pure metal such as copper, nickel, silver or gold, or copper wires coated with tin, silver, nickel or gold, would individually round high-strength polymer, carbon or glass filaments. The conductor wires can be in several layers, and the high-strength filaments, e.g. of 220 and a tensile strength of 54 N, are employed without torsion.
