FIELD: chemical industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: device for conducting chemical reactions has sealing for conducting chemical reaction in reaction vessel. Sealing has permeable self-sealing diaphragm which closes hole of reaction vessel through which hole the agents are introduced into reaction vessel or are removed from it, and plunger made for reversing movement between specified position where there is access to diaphragm to penetrate through it, and position which provides tight contact with diaphragm. Plunger effectively resists to external deflection of diaphragm which deflection is caused by increase in internal pressure in reaction vessel. Plunger keeps diaphragm at the state of sealing at the area of penetration. The sealing is used for method of conducting chemical reaction in reaction vessel which can be achieved through self-sealing diaphragm that closes hole of reaction vessel. Method is based upon following operations: penetration through diaphragm by means of penetrating dozer for introduction/removal agents into/from reaction vessel to form tongue in the diaphragm; removal of penetrating dozer which results to deviation of tongue back to close area of penetration; application of controlled counter-pressure to external side of diaphragm by means of movable plunger to prevent diaphragm from deflecting back which deflection is caused by increase in internal pressure in reaction vessel, to prevent leakage or evaporation of agents through area of penetration. Automated system for conducting chemical reactions has the device described before as well as logic control circuits and operator interface module for checking and evaluating conductance of chemical reactions. Matter can be introduced/removed into or from the vessel many times. Pressure between introduction/removal of matter into vessel can be increased by means of pressure-resistant sealing. ^ EFFECT: improved reliability; improved efficiency. ^ 16 cl, 4 dwg |
