The present invention refers to novel aqueous pharmaceutical compositions and container thereof, for their intranasal administration in multiple and half dose, which comprise a safe and effective amount of an antihistamine, from a group comprising cetirizine, astemizole, loratadine, chlorphenamine and brompheniramine, salts and mixtures of the same that are pharmaceutically accepted. An aqueous intranasal vehicle is also described, the same being pharmaceutically acceptable, sterile, and benzalkonium chloride-free as a preservative. Furthermore, the novel container is described, the same ensuring the composition sterility during all the service life of the same, even in multiple dose use. It is also described a method for the treatment of symptoms associated with seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis, which comprises the administration of said pharmaceutical compositions by intranasal atomization.
