PURPOSE: A structure for preventing the deformation and crack of a road surface is provided to cut down the cost according to re-repair works of road facilities and to restrict a slip of a vehicle caused by freezing of the road surface on rainy days or winter seasons or overspeed and sudden acceleration of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: In a paved road formed by coating a road with a paving material, a structure for preventing the deformation and crack of a road surface is composed of at least one filling part unit formed the surface of the paved road and recessed at the predetermined intervals across the progressive direction of a vehicle and a filler material(3) filled in the filling part to increase frictional and binding force of the road surface. A vinyl sheet(5) is inserted between a crack preventive area(1) and the road.
