PURPOSE: A joint for transmitting power is provided to transmit power from a driving shaft to a driven shaft efficiently by changing the direction of power transmission actively and minimizing load to torque in changing the angle. CONSTITUTION: A power transmitting joint transmits power from a driving shaft(10) to a driven shaft(20), and comprises an outer race(30) placed between the driving shaft and the driven shaft and composed of first pivot parts(31) fitted to an insertion hole(11) of a yoke part(14) of the driving shaft to rotate pivotally and an inner race(40) having second pivot parts(41) fitted to an insertion hole(32) of the outer race to rotate pivotally. The second pivot part is placed perpendicularly to the first pivot part around the axis of the driving shaft to transmit power from the driving shaft to the driven shaft. Bearings(12,33) are mounted in the insertion holes, and combined with cap bolts(13,34).
