FIELD: mechanical engineering; diesel engines. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed nozzle of internal combustion engine has piston, housing, nut, pins, spray tip secured on housing by nut and fixed by pins, needle, needle spring, pusher arranged in housing, channel to supply fuel to needle and adjusting shims. Spring of needle engages with pusher which transmits force to needle and holds it in lower position. Spring of needle is installed between end faces of pusher and piston arranged coaxially in nozzle. Compensating space is made in housing. Piston in initial position overlaps channel supplying fuel to needle. Working area of piston is smaller than differential area of needle. Possibility of cutting off fuel delivery at final phase of injection is provided. ^ EFFECT: improved efficiency and manufacturability of nozzle, simplified design, no adverse effect on environment. ^ 1 dwg |
