FIELD: engineering of alarm device for signaling about loss or unsanctioned drain of oil products during their transportation along linear portion of oil pipe main. ^ SUBSTANCE: in accordance to method, balance registration of linear portion of oil pipe main oil is performed, and also standard data of parameter characterizing state of linear portion of oil pipe main are composed and recorded. Information is gathered about current data of this parameter and information is sent to analytical controlling center. Current data are compared to standard data, on basis of comparison results coordinates of loss point or unsanctioned oil drain point are detected at linear portion of oil pipe main. To given point emergency equipment or police detachment are sent for liquidating damage or illegal connection at linear portion of oil pipe main. Oil at linear portion of oil pipe main is heated up to given temperature and as parameter, characterizing state of linear portion of oil pipe main, temperature field of heating of linear portion of oil pipe main is utilized. In case of change of oil balance current data about temperature field of linear portion of oil pipe main are taken by equipment mounted at satellites of stationary global network and made on basis of thermal vision cameras. Coordinates of area adjacent to linear portion of oil pipe main with temperature field of heating different from standard one, are taken as coordinates of loss point. ^ EFFECT: increased reliability and industrial safety of functioning of oil main pipelines system. ^ 7 cl, 2 dwg |
