The system has a cylindrical sleeve (1) placed at the free end of a band of a weapon barrel (3). The length of the sleeve is between 1 and 5 centimeter (cm) and the internal diameter is between 0.8 and 2 cm. The sleeve has a wall thickness of the order 1 to 3 millimeter (mm). A block is placed at an intermediate point on the barrel in the axis of the sleeve which can be black or white.
