The casket has a thermoformed cover (2) connected to a thermoformed body (1) by a locking unit (6). The cover has an opening (3) with an edge that delimits a transparent window. A semi-shell of the window is engaged under a face of the cover and rests under a peripheral edge of the opening. The edge of the opening forms a stable support face for resting the package on ground.
