Process for producing dried singulated cellulose pulp fibers using a jet drier and injected steam and the product resulting therefrom

A process for the production of singulated pulp fibers, whereby introducing wet pulp (44), steam (94), and air (94) into a jet drier (20). The drying of the pulp utilising the jet drier forms singulated pulp fibers. These singulated pulp fibers are then removed from the jet drier and the pulp fibers separated from the air. The system consists of a jet drier (20), a pulp supply station (40), an air supply (90), an outlet flow conduit (30), and fiber separation station (100).
