PURPOSE: A method and device for automatically cutting off fluid is provided to uniformly control the outflow of the fluid by adjusting the open degree of an outlet according to the pressure of the fluid. CONSTITUTION: A screw pipe(5), into which an O-ring(4) is fit, is coupled to a female screw(3) formed at the top of an elbow(1). A T-shaped bolt(9) having a hole(10) covers a rod(8) of a valve(7). A nut(11) is coupled to a male screw formed at the top of the rod. A magnet(12) is fixed to the top of the nut. A packing(15) is fit into the top of a vertical rail(13) and the bottom of a circular protrusion(14) formed at the inner wall of the elbow. An alarm(20) is mounted to the top of a partition(6). A magnet(16) above the partition is under elastic pieces(17,18) connected to a transmitter(19) in the alarm. A valve(26) has a flange(24) and a discharge hole(25), and is installed elastically in a valve housing(23) by a spring(27).
