PURPOSE: A multi-layered laminate tube sheet and a preparation method thereof are provided to allow a tube used for packing a paste-phase material including toothpaste, food, ointment, and so on, to exhibit excellent gas blocking capability and resiliency by forming a gas blocking layer made of aluminum and plastic materials using a dry lamination technique, thereby eliminating rigidity of the tube and enhancing fatigue strength. CONSTITUTION: The multi-layered laminate tube sheet comprises: a surface layer having an interior surface layer and an exterior surface layer; a gas blocking layer for preventing gas from penetrating into the tube; and an adhesive resin layer for adhering the surface layer to the gas blocking layer, wherein the gas blocking layer consists of an aluminum foil(35), an adhesive layer(34), a plastic film(33), an adhesive layer(32), and an aluminum foil(31) sequentially laminated in that order in a thickness ratio by percent of 15:5:7:60:5:15 based on the overall thickness of the gas blocking layer using a dry lamination technique.
