SHOCK ABSORBING RAILING-CUM-GUARD RAIL, CAPABLE OF EASILY MOUNTING REGARDLESS OF PLACES

PURPOSE: A shock absorbing railing-cum-guard rail is provided to minimize injuries of drivers by absorbing primary shock strength by shock bending and completely absorbing secondary shock by a shock relaxation agent. CONSTITUTION: A shock absorbing railing-cum-guard rail(100) is composed of pillars(120) mounted in the ground in order and shock absorbing members(110) connected to each other in order about the pillar to form a filling space(111) therein. The filling space is formed in the shock absorbing member by opening upper and lower parts of a shock absorbing member body. A round combining part(112) and a round recessed part(113) are formed at both sides of the body to correspond to each other. The shock absorbing member is connected and combined with the pillar joined at an inner periphery of the combining part in order by a combining unit(116). A bending unit(114) formed in multi stages at the upper peripheral surface of the body. A safety indication unit(140) like a road safety mark is disposed at the lower surface of the body.
