PURPOSE: A clutch structure for a water gate driving device is provided to operate an electric driving device only by turning on a switch at the place far from a water gate in quickly driving the water gate for bad weather. CONSTITUTION: A driving shaft(50) of a water gate driving device is rotated by rotation of a movable drum(300). A worm gear(200) with a projection(210) is shaft-mounted to the driving shaft to idle. A projection(310) formed at one side of the movable drum is engaged and combined with the projection of the worm gear. A projection(510) formed at one side of a chain sprocket(500) is engaged and combined with a projection(320) formed at the other side of the movable drum about a spring(400) and the chain sprocket is shaft-mounted to the driving shaft to idle. A driving rod(610) pulls the movable drum toward the chain sprocket at the same time as supplying power.
