PURPOSE: A structure for improving reclining of a fold-and-dive seat is provided is provided to prevent a seat back from being pulled back suddenly by reducing clockwise moment applied to the lower part of the seat cushion from load of a passenger and to restore the seat back conveniently by little operational force of a recliner with plural springs in a fixing bracket of a cushion frame. CONSTITUTION: A seat back is connected to a seat cushion by a connecting bracket(3), and a linkage is installed in the front of the seat cushion for cushion dive. The seat cushion is supported by a cushion frame(5), and a recliner is fixed to a fixing bracket(5a) of the cushion frame to turn back and forth the seat back. Plural springs(10) are mounted in the fixing bracket to decrease load moment of a passenger applied downward to the seat cushion by supporting the passenger up in reclining and to apply restoring compressive moment to the seat back in restoring the seat back. A compression frame(20) is installed in the seat cushion to compress the springs in moving the seat cushion.
