PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency module having a small loss, capable of corresponding to the duplex mode and also corresponding to the communication in at least two different frequency bands. SOLUTION: The high-frequency module 21 has at least one of the antenna ports ANT1, ANT2 and external connection ports EXT1, EXT2, and two reception signal transmission paths differently having one main switching element between the reception ports Rx1 and Rx2. On the reception signal transmission path of the reception port Rx2 side, a filter 38 having an A band of a PDC 800 as a pass band is connected between the integrated other end of main switching elements 22b-25b and the reception port Rx2. On the reception signal transmission path of the reception port Rx1 side, a filter 39 having the C/D bands of the PDC 800 as a pass band is connected between the integrated other end of main switching elements 22a-25a and the reception port Rx1.
