PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a tray 3 pulled out to an unloading position from the device main body 2 from moving by itself in the loading direction of a disk driving device 1 placed aslant. SOLUTION: A holding mechanism wherein a recessed part is engaged with a projection part when the tray 3 is at an unloading position is provided between a frame 5 of the device main body 2 and a rail part 14 of the tray 3. When the tray 3 is at the unloading position, the engagement prevents the tray from moving by itself in the direction of the loading position, the recessed engaging part and the projection engaging part are made elastic so that the engagement can be released by pushing the tray 3 lightly.
