摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk control system which can stably control the position without losing the continuity when controlling the objective lens before and after the detection of a defect, when the physical distortion of a disk is large and when a noise of an actuator driving signal is large. SOLUTION: An external disturbance observer 11 has a function for defining the external disturbance force Di, as a state quantity, and for outputting it as an external disturbance estimation value Di^. An external disturbance estimation value amplification block 12, upon receiving the external disturbance estimation value Di^ outputted from the external disturbance observer 11, performs the amplification by a prescribed magnification (Gb) and outputs it as an external disturbance estimation value feedback signal. A velocity observer 13 receives two signals of the external disturbance estimation value Di^ as the output of the external disturbance observer 11 and an actuator control signal Cont, and outputs a velocity estimation value x'^ as the estimation value of the velocity of the actuator.
