DISK MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk manufacturing method capable of improving the productivity of a disk product. SOLUTION: A first molding machine molds a first disk substrate 12 on a first molding condition and with a first product taking number and forms a first substrate by applying prescribed processing to the first disk substrate 12. A second molding machine molds a second disk substrate on a second molding condition and with a second product taking number and forms a second substrate by applying prescribed processing to the second disk substrate. The first product taking number is greater than the second product taking number. Also, the first and second molding conditions are set differently in accordance with the first and second product taking numbers. Then, a cycle time T1 for molding the first disk substrate 12 with a large number of products taking numbers and forming the first substrate can be made shorter than a cycle time T2 for molding the second disk substrate with a small number of products taking numbers and forming the second substrate.
