PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction machine equipped with an engine controller, improving reliability in engine vibration and ambient temperature at low cost. SOLUTION: In the construction machine equipped with the engine controller 10, the engine controller 10 is mounted to an outer package frame 6. Preferably, the engine controller 10 may be mounted upstream of cooling air compared with a radiator 12 cooling the engine 11, and it may be mounted near a cover 9 for maintenance disposed to an outer package panel 7.
