PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substructure capable of surely exhausting the moisture in under floor in the foundation of a reverse slab system and a substrate plate direct supporting system. SOLUTION: A floor post 6 is erected on a concrete-made foundation top surface 4 of the foundation 1 of the reverse slab system to directly support the plywood-made substrate plate 7 and a foaming thermal insulating plate 9 by the floor post 6. A foundation packing 11 is put on a proper position between a ground sill 10 and the foundation top surface 4. Ventilation in under floor is made by a vent gap 12 made in a position without the packing 11, and the moisture occurred in under floor is exhausted. The floor post 6 is a short height to enable the height to adjust from above, and an opening 16 is formed in a supporting position of the substrate plate 7 in advance. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
