PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fit a panel member easily and stably with a minimum number of parts. SOLUTION: A recessed channel 12 is provided in an inner face of an outer frame 4 formed to be a rectangular frame shape in the front view. A mounting piece 13 having a rectangular flat board shape is formed to bend and faces in a front/rear direction at each of the edges of four sides of a punching panel 3 (the panel member). The mounting piece 13 is fitted into the recessed groove 12. An inner frame 5 having a rectangular frame shape is arranged inside the mounting piece 13. The mounting piece 13 of the punching panel 3 is fastened to the outer frame 4 by driving a screw 15, which is inserted from the outer face of the outer frame 4, into a female threaded screw hole 16 provided in the inner frame 5 through the mounting piece 13.
