PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save time and labor required for obtaining coefficients of subgrade reaction, at a number of locations. SOLUTION: There is provided a method of measuring a coefficient of subgrade reaction. According to the method, after construction etc. of the subgrade, FWD measurement is carried out at a number of locations in the subgrade (step S1). Then one or a plurality of locations are selected from the locations at which the FWD test is conducted, and a plate bearing test is conducted at the selected location (step S2). Further a correlationship between a result of the measurement of the FWD test at the selected location and a coefficient of subgrade reaction which is a result of the measurement of the plate bearing test is obtained (step S3), and coefficients of subgrade reaction at a number of the locations are calculated from the obtained correlationship.
