摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for profitably producing a grain-oriented magnetic steel sheet having forsterite film excellent in the outward appearance and adhesion and excellent in a mechanical and magnetic characteristics by effectively improving deterioration of the film and the mechanical characteristics as a trouble in the case of using Bi and BN as inhibitor. SOLUTION: To a steel slab containing at least 0.0005-0.100 mass% Bi, 0.0020-0.0050 mass% B and 0.005-0.015 mass% N as the inhibitor forming components, hot-rolling is applied, and after finishing a last sheet thickness by applying cold-rolling at one time or two or more times interposing an intermediate annealing, decarburize-annealing is applied and successively, after coating an annealing parting agent, a last finish-annealing composed of a secondary recrystallize-annealing and a purify-annealing, is applied. When the grain-oriented magnetic steel sheet is produced with one series of processes, as the annealing parting agent, the agent contained of 0.001-1.5 mass part the metal conversion of alkaline metal compound and 0.7-1.0 mass part Mo conversion of Mo compound to 100 mass part of MgO, is used and cooling speed reached to 700°C after purify-annealing at≥1050°C in the last finish-annealing, is made to be≥5°C/h.
