PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To greatly reduce installation space, to improve safety and maintenance workability, to make advantageous to expenses including installation cost and running cost, and to make a simple structure possible. SOLUTION: In the gas fusion cutting machine, a main control device 21 is mounted on a traveling body equipped with a flame torch for forming a high temperature flame for the purpose of fusion cutting of a workpiece. The main control device 21 is provided with; a water electrolysis type hydrogen/oxygen separating generating device 22 that separately produces gaseous hydrogen and oxygen from water by electrolysis; an oxygen generating device 23 for generating gaseous oxygen; a valve driving part 24 for driving to open/close a valve (not shown) that branches the gaseous hydrogen and oxygen for the use of preheating or cutting and for separately supplying the gases to proper sections; a measuring sensor 25 for measuring the gaseous hydrogen, oxygen or electric consumption, etc.; a traveling body driving part 26 that controls to drive the running of the traveling body; and a controller 27 consisting of a CPU and the like, for controlling each of the foregoing parts.
