CONVEYING DEVICE OF PLATE BENDING PRESS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying device with which a steel plate can be smoothly carried in and out of a press even before and after plate bending, the positioning of a work is easily performed and the working time in the danger zone is reduced. SOLUTION: This device is provided with three lines of chain conveyers 10 which are arranged from the work carrying-in position of the plate bending press to the work carrying-out position through the die position, an elevating and lowering means for elevating and lowering the chain conveyers between the elevated position for conveying the metal plate w and the lowered position where the conveyers are retreated from there, an upper die D2 and a lower die D1 which is separated into a plurality of parts in a part which is orthoganal to the chain conveyer and in which a space for elevating and lowering the chain conveyers is formed in the separated part. Each chain conveyer is provided with a feed controller for individually controlling the feed direction and speed. An index body the sight of which is taken at the bending part of the lower die D1 and a monitor for projecting the index body and the end face of the metal plate w are provided in the side position of the lower die D1.
