PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water cleaning apparatus for making water contaminants harmless since, in drinking water and life water indispensable for life, contamination progresses by various chemical substances as the result of the progression of deterioration in the natural environment and urbanization, and various damages are given to the human body as shown in carcinogenic substance and triggering action, or hormone function impairment or the like. SOLUTION: In the water cleaning apparatus, water is forcedly passed through a magnetic field with fixed or more intensity, so that the electrolysis of polluted water starts, and oxygen/hydrogen/hydroxy groups/ions are generated to obtain scientific water cleaning action.
