<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately grasp the needs of customers, supports demand analysis and appropriately executes development of new commodities or demand forecast. <P>SOLUTION: A demand analysis support system comprises a real-estate DB 12 for storing values about prescribed items regarding housing properties; a customer DB 18 for receiving questionnaires, including satisfactions or dissatisfactions about the prescribed items, regarding the properties from property purchasers and storing the received questionnaires; and a virtual commodity generating part 14 for generating new values, in which the values of items of the dissatisfactions regarding the items of the commodity are changed by a prescribed amount, respectively, based on the received questionnaires and generating a virtual commodity, by associating the values regarding prescribed items of a virtual commodity with an original commodity, wherein a new commodity in which the values of the new items of dissatisfactions are displaced with new values. The values of the prescribed items of the virtual commodity are stored into a virtual commodity table 26 in the DB 12, and a variety of analyses are executed, based on the data etc. in the commodity table 26. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
