PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate the present place based on a pseudo GPS signal, when performing GPS calculation processing in an arithmetic unit. SOLUTION: This system has the arithmetic unit, a high-frequency conversion part 27 for extracting a conversion signal by receiving a GPS satellite radio wave and transmitting it to the arithmetic unit, and a signal generator 26 for generating the pseudo GPS signal and transmitting it to the arithmetic unit. The arithmetic unit has a GPS calculation processing means 91 for performing GPS calculation processing by receiving the conversion signal and generating a GPS signal for showing at least a coordinate, and a present place calculation processing means 92 for calculating the present place based on either of the pseudo GPS signal and the GPS signal. When performing the GPS calculation processing by the GPS calculation processing means 91 in the arithmetic unit, the pseudo GPS signal can be read in by the arithmetic unit.
