PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a player to spend a longer time for editing. SOLUTION: The player performs photographing multiple times in a photographing space 25 and selects an editing target image out of captured images. The player then applies editing to the editing target image in an editing space 101. The player performs editing just for a preset standard editing setting time in the editing space 101, it is then judged whether or not coins of a predetermined amount are put in from a coin slot which is disposed on a surface 21b of an apparatus main body 21 and when the coins are not put in, the editing time is prolonged. Afterwards, when the coins are put in, the editing time is prolonged just for a service editing setting time. The present invention can be applied to the photograph seal vending machine.
