PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform advanced editing and printing on a moving picture photographed by using a mobile communication terminal by using a simple editing means superior in operability. SOLUTION: A processor is provided with a means for receiving the moving picture data from the mobile communication terminal, a means for receiving the edit input to moving picture data and a means for generating edited moving picture data obtained by editing the moving picture data based on the edit input, or the processor is provided with the means for receiving the moving picture data, a storage device, a means for reproducing and displaying the moving picture data, a means for generating a still picture at the time of a first operation from the moving picture data and storing it, a means for receiving the edit input and displaying the edited picture with the still picture, a means for reproducing the edited moving picture data obtained by editing the moving picture data based on edit input, and a means for storing the edited moving picture data from a first operation time to a second operation time in response to the second operation while edited moving picture data are reproduced in the storage device.
