PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ceramic powder having high density and a high dielectric constant as a highly dielectric powder to be added to a resin, to obtain a highly dielectric resin composition having a high dielectric constant, a small dielectric dissipation factor, and excellent electrical characteristics by using such highly dielectric powder, and to obtain miniaturized electronic components by using it. SOLUTION: After applying sintering treatment to a highly dielectric powder material with a density 5.2g/cm3 or more after the sintering treatment, pulverizing treatment is carried out to obtain this high dielectric constant powder. The sintering treatment is carried out for one hour or longer at a temperature of 1,200°C or higher under an inert gas atmosphere to make this high dielectric constant powder. In addition, this highly dielectric powder has a density of 3.9g/cm3 or higher when it is pelletized by a press machine. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
