PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightning conductor device superior in corrosion resistance and furthermore superior in electric conductivity. SOLUTION: This device is composed of a lightning conductor main body 1 and its retainer 2, with the lightning conductor main body 1 constituted of titanium or a titanium alloy, and the retainer 2 constituted of titanium or titanium alloy, or stainless steel, respectively. In the interior of the lightning conductor main body 1, a conductive electric wire 15 composed of a twisted wire of a superior conductor such as copper or aluminum is arranged, of which, one end side is connected to a protruded needle part 4 of the main body 1, and the other end side is drawn out to the exterior of the retainer 2, and is connected to a mounting board fitted to the retainer 2 by a method such as welding or brazing. A sealing part 20 having elasticity such as a silicone resin is mounted between the retainer 2 and the a mounting board 13, and by this, drawing out part is substantially enclosed in the conductive electric wire 15.
