PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas temperature control device of a compressor capable of arbitrarily and automatically adjusting the exhaust gas temperature (the temperature of compressed gas after cooling) of the compressor according to the external environment. SOLUTION: An exhaust gas temperature control device 1 used in a compressor in which gas is sucked, compressed and cooled, and high-pressure gas is fed comprises a sensing unit 10 to sense the temperature and the humidity of the sucked gas of the compressor, an exhaust gas temperature sensor 11 to sense the temperature of the compressed/cooled exhaust gas of the compressor, a processing unit 12 which acquires the target temperature based on the sensed temperature and humidity, compares the target temperature with the exhaust gas temperature, and transmits the control signal, and a control unit 13 which receives the control signal, and cools the exhaust gas based on the control signal to control the exhaust gas temperature of the compressor to be closer to the target temperature.
