PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for burying a pipe body, particularly a pile in the ground, and a device used therefor. SOLUTION: This method for burying the rigid pipe body, for example, the pile, is constituted by nonrotatably pushing in the pipe body by a chuck means and a pushing-in device having a press and fixed to the ground surface, while excavating by excavation teeth by an excavation teeth driving device fixed inside the pipe body. The excavation teeth driving device is fixed by pressing a pipe body inner wall by a chucking jack, and a motor rotates a driving part with the excavation teeth. When burying the pile, after the pipe body reaches the depth, the excavation teeth are hardened by concrete, and are left in the ground together with the pile. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
