PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoxy group-terminated (meth)acrylate without affording target physical properties of the final objective substance or without causing trouble such as discoloring when used as a raw material. SOLUTION: The epoxy group-terminated (meth)acrylate is characterized in that the (meth)acrylate is represented by general formula (II) [wherein, Y denotes a 2-6C alkylene group; and R denotes a hydrogen atom or a methyl group] and the content of a monoglycidyl ether represented by general formula (I) is≤0.5 wt.%.
