PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerant condensing device capable of improving cooling performance of a refrigerant condenser without enlarging the frame of the refrigerant condenser in a cab over type vehicle. SOLUTION: A discharge port 51 is formed in a side panel 5 of the vehicle 1 on a sideward side of the refrigerant condenser 10. The discharge port 51 can be opened or closed by sliding an opening/closing door 56 by operating an operation lever of an operation panel 20 in a cabin 2. Therefore, the discharge port 51 is opened to discharge cooling air having passed through the refrigerant condenser 10 from the discharge port 51 to the outside of the vehicle 1. Comparing with a case where the cooling air is guided to the downward side of the vehicle, the cooling performance of the refrigerant condenser 10 can be improved without enlarging the frame of the refrigerant condenser 10.
