PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper roll cutting roller with superior economical property wherein a cutting blade is easily changed. SOLUTION: A plurality of tips 20 for cutting a plurality of paper rolls are used which include a column-like part having an approximately regular triangle section, and whose cutting blades are molded to each of ridge line portions 21-23 of the column-like part. The tips 20 are detachably mounted at a plurality of positions disposed in its peripheral direction on an outer periphery of a cutter drum 10, so that an arbitrary ridge portion is projected outward in a radial direction of the cutter drum 10 among the ridge line portions 21-23 of the tip 20.
